Caring for Kalama Serving Hands
Helping Hands has been serving the community since 1982. We are so grateful for this service of love and dedication in our community in the distribution of groceries and supplies to those needing assistance. We are wanting to join them and encourage those involved in a unique and relational way with SERVING HANDS!
We have our kitchen open and Fellowship Hall ready for those who would like to come up for a warm and delicious homemade meal! Those going to Helping Hands or serving at Helping Hands are invited to come up to sit around a meal and enjoy each other. We are excited to sit and eat with you too!

Community House / CHESS House in Longview
We plan, cook and serve a meal once a month at The Chess House. The Chess House is a new addition to the ministry of the Community House which serves the homeless and hurting in Cowlitz County. We find fellowship and hope in the opportunity to care and connect with those experiencing a hard season of life.
We also take the opportunity to provide milk for the Community House and Chess House for 1 month out of the year. If this is a ministry you are feeling called to, join us!
Background Checks for involvement in serving at the Chess House are required.
